Pork, Chicken and Penderyn Whiskey Pate, served with a garnish salad, Chutney and Toast

Roasted tomato and Italian Cheese Soufflé

Salmon Parcel
Juicy king prawns, wrapped in cream cheese & Chives finished off in a parcel, served of Smoked Salmon, served on a bed of Water Cress and a fanned Avocado.

Mains
Roast Breast of Turkey, served with home-made stuffing, Chipolata Sausage, and Cranberry Sauce.

Roast Celtic Pride Beef, served with home-made stuffing and Yorkshire pudding, and Horse-Radish sauce.

Lamb Shank, Juicy shank of lamb, served in a Red Wine and Rosemary Jus.

Cod Loin topped with Toasted herb and bread crumbs, served on a bed of crushed herb Potatoes with a side of Parsley Sauce.

Mediterranean Vegetable Wellington
A Medley of Peppers, Olives, Parsnips, Carrots and Aubergines mixed in a rich Tomato sauce with Cheese, wrapped in a puff pastry parcel sprinkled with Oregano.
