Christmas Party Menu
Home-made – Minestrone Soup, Served with a warm bread roll.

Salmon, Crayfish, Dill Pate, served with a garnish salad, Chutney and Toast

Garlic Mushroom
Fresh mushrooms cooked in Creamy Garlic and herb sauce, served on Brioche

Prawn Cocktail
Juicy king prawns, served on a bed of crisp salad topped with a marie-rose sauce

Roast Breast of Turkey, served with home-made stuffing, Piggs in blankets, and Cranberry Sauce.

Roast Celtic Pride Beef, served with home-made stuffing and Yorkshire pudding, and Horse-Radish sauce.

Cod Loin topped with Toasted herb and bread crumbs, served on a bed of crushed herb Potatoes with a side of Parsley Sauce.

Vegetarian – Veg & Nut Roast.
A Wild Mushroom & Nut roast, with Carrots, Onion & garlic. Flavoured with soya sauce and Lemon
(All Mains are served with Roasted Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, and Gravy).


Christmas Pudding with warm Brandy Sauce

Eton s Praline, Meringue Sandwich
A light meringue sandwiched together between a rich chocolate Praline decorated with Chocolate.

Raspberry & White Chocolate Roulade
A light vanilla sponge smothered with raspberry jam, fresh Devon cream and studded with respberries rolled and covered with cream and white chocolate shavings.

Blackforest Slice
Layers of chocolate sponge soaked with a kirsch & Cherry filling topped with cream chocolate shavings and Cherry.
